Policy Associate

Komi-Kpandja KONDI is a Policy Associate responsible for managing Afrotribune Internet policy programs, digital inclusion and website content.

Before joining Afrotribune, Komi has previously worked with renowned institutions such as Togo’s National Independent Electoral Commission (CENI) as Database Administrator and Consultant Developer on Togo's Integrated Public Finance Management System and UNDP smart city projects in Togo.

Komi holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering and believes that the bedrock for sustainable development is through internet development, digital innovation and transformation and IT entrepreneurship.

He is also the director of the Lomé chapter of Startup Grind, and the Lomé ambassador for the Global Startup Ecosystem, an international network, and digital accelerator.
